Agent Cooper and Annie Blackburn make a commitment to each other. Catherine Martell and Andrew Packard open the next puzzle-box and find a mysterious key inside. Donna Hayward makes a shocking discovery on her birth certificate. Windom Earle disrupts the ‘Miss Twin Peaks’ beauty contest and kidnaps the winner: Annie. Deputy Andy Brennan deciphers the meaning behind the Owl Cave hieroglyph. Windom Earle drags Annie into the Black Lodge. Nadine Hurley suffers head trauma, disrupting the plans of Big Ed and Norma Jennings. Donna confronts her parents about Ben Horne. Audrey Horne stages an act of civil disobedience. Andrew and Pete Martell unlock Thomas Eckheart's final puzzle-box. Doc Hayward confronts Ben. Shelly Johnson and Bobby Briggs make plans for their future together.
